To make sure we collectively achieve this and make continuous improvements year after year, please report your satisfaction levels to us.
If you are under 18 you may want to ask your parents to do this on your behalf.
All results are reviewed daily, monthly and published annually. Feedback suggesting there is a problem is subject to immediate review, investigations and corrective actions are taken where required.
