Student programs

The recognized TCP center at your access will notify you of its training and qualification program. For all products, this will include education and learning activities. For regulated qualifications, this will include all aspects of assessment and moderation.
Students who are registered on regulated products may require special attention. This refers to the consideration you will be given if you have temporarily experienced an illness, injury or other event beyond your control that has or is reasonably likely to have had a material effect on:
• your ability to make an assessment or
• your ability to demonstrate the level of achievement in an assessment.
Your recognized TCP center will review your needs and is responsible for submitting a request to us on your behalf. You will be required to provide evidence to support each claim. Examples of tests include medical reports, diagnostic tests, or testimonials. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our policy. We will confirm the results via the recognized TCP center which will implement the provisions. We will monitor all results to verify their validity and to verify that your needs have actually been met.
All assessments of the regulated provisions may be subject to moderation by the TCP center and by us. This is to ensure that the evaluation is managed consistently among the evaluators in accordance with the required standards. Moderators can observe their evaluator in practice or review evaluation documents. They may want to interview you. In all cases, the results of your evaluation will not be confirmed until the moderation of the evaluation has taken place for you or your colleagues.
